Dual Weight Stack - The only Home Gym in the line with a dual weight stack, the Bodycraft Family XPress Home Gym offers up to 400 pounds of resistance. Positioned in line with each other, and each weight stack offering up to 200 pounds in 10 pound increments, the dual weight stack design of the Bodycraft Family XPress Home Gym allows for simultaneous workouts. While you are on the Cable Station experiencing the versatility of free weights, your partner can tone and strengthen their lower body muscles using the leg press at the same time.
