We took the Xtreme and improved it. The Lat Tower adjusts to two positions, plus the longer squat frame gives you 4 adjustable positions. And, the Xtreme 2 lets you change exercises more quickly and easily with no cable changes needed between exercises. These features let you perform over 70 exercises.
