Stamina Band Flex Gym

The Band Flex Gym builds both strength and cardiovascular fitness with over 60 exercises possible including bench press, chest fly, aerobic or seated rowing, Lat pulldown, tricep pushdown, and more.
It comes complete with a Lat tower, a leg curl/extension unit, and even a preacher curl bar attachment. You can perform a wide variety of shoulder and bench presses by moving the adjustable position bench. The sliding seat adds rowing and leg press exercises. The resistance cords are a safe way to perform resistance exercises without a spotter, and with a footprint of only 21.5" X 27.5" it can be stored unobtrusively in the corner of any room when not in use.
