Powertec Shape System (cable Crossover)

The Shape System was introduced due to the overwhelming trend generated the past few years from the health club market. This new free form method of training has become very popular. In the gyms they are called functional training systems.
While the unit fills the need of the more serious cable crossover trainer, it also provides a new, user-friendly workout for the average fitness type who really doesn't want to involve the use of barbells and dumbbells. The machine provides numerous exercises to train the entire body. There are no cable changes necessary so every exercise is ready to go.
The new Shape System incorporates a space saving folding bench that provides all angles and a leg lift to perform leg extensions and leg curls and crunches. A great total body machine.
